You are the strategic voice at the table and you make the calls. You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize budgets, and ensure robust conversion tracking.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause or kill a campaign.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmap for each client and explain the story behind the numbers.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationship building.
