Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and market a Learning strategy across functions and regions
• Conduct root cause and gap analyses to identify opportunities

• Ensure learning governance and standards compliance across programs
• Measure impact of training interventions and communicate outcomes
• Manage the learning budget for the coverage area
• Collaborate with HR and L&C peers for a consistent partner experience
• Stay ahead of market trends to inform capability planning
• Escalate and manage risks, ensuring regulatory and policy alignment
