Job summary

EY Canada seeks a Supervising Associate to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of learning programs across a complex portfolio, planning, coordinating and advancing initiatives aligned to business objectives and measurable learner outcomes.

You will manage multiple workstreams, collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, and apply adult learning principles and best practices to design scalable solutions, while driving efficiency and consistency across the team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development program management including end-to-end delivery of virtual and in-person programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the planning, deployment, delivery, and ongoing management of learning programs and curricula aligned to business priorities.
• Own outcomes across workstreams, timelines, and contributors, while proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and with external vendors to support effective delivery and implementation.
• Lead meetings and working sessions with confidence and structure and communicate updates in a way that supports alignment and decision-making.
• Support learning operations, including administration, coordination, compliance, reporting, and learner experience activities.
• Use data and insights to evaluate program effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend actions.
• Design and deploy impactful learning solutions using adult learning principles and best practices, with a focus on business relevance and program effectiveness.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by helping scale better ways of working, increasing consistency, and supporting strong delivery across the team.
• Work effectively across time zones and distributed teams, ensuring smooth handoffs, strong communication, and clarity on ownership and next steps.
