Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute change management strategies across enterprise initiatives.
• Design and deliver training and learning solutions aligned to change plans.
• Develop change and communication plans for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Provide readiness assessments, leader enablement, and coaching support.
• Plan enterprise-wide engagement forums and communities of practice.
• Monitor adoption and feedback; mitigate risks of change initiatives.
