Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Learning and Development, HR, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting learning, development, and instructional design.
• Experience in a professional services or similarly complex, matrixed organization is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, and delivery of learning solutions aligning with business priorities.
• Coordinate content reviews and updates to keep materials current and compliant.
• Manage program launches, pilot sessions, registrations, and delivery logistics; monitor progress and escalate risks.
