Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and application development.
• Deep, authoritative knowledge of core Java, including multi-threading, concurrency, memory management, and performance tuning.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Framework and Spring Boot; RESTful API design and microservices knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of business initiatives from inception to production, collaborating with product managers and stakeholders.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, resilient, and secure technical designs.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and drive standards for coding, testing, and implementation.
• Ensure risk considerations and regulatory compliance are integrated into technical decisions.
