You will lead cross-functional delivery, manage risk, and mentor team members while contributing to strategic planning and performance improvements within a globally connected financial institution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in business analysis or project management in a technology-driven setting.
• Strong Excel data analysis, modelling, and reporting capabilities.
• Solid understanding of the SDLC with experience across planning, build and delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead definition of system scope and objectives for complex technology projects.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Evaluate new tech developments and propose enhancements based on analyses.
• Identify and mitigate project and technology risks with business impact focus.
• Deliver data-driven analyses to drive strategic decisions.
• Monitor timelines across multiple apps and ensure delivery alignment.
• Mentor team members and oversee resource planning and growth.
