The role focuses on incident management, production support, monitoring, and deployment across enterprise applications and service-oriented environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in application support, incident, problem and change management.
• Hands-on support with Splunk, Dynatrace and PagerDuty.
• Hands-on administration in Linux/Unix and Java/J2EE environments.
• 5+ years in banking or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement support models and processes for application support operations.
• Investigate production incidents and coordinate remediation activities.
• Manage deployments in load-balanced service-oriented environments.
• Provide 2nd/3rd level production support for incidents.
• Monitor alerts and build dashboards using Dynatrace, Splunk, PagerDuty, ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with architects, vendors and delivery teams on production support.
