Job summary

Procom is seeking an Application Support Analyst for a 3-month contract to support the production environment across multiple applications in the APS Functions portfolio. Responsibilities include monitoring activities, handling incidents, applying remediation steps, and coordinating with development for Level 3 escalations.

• Experience with scheduling tools (Autosys).
• Experience with monitoring tools (Sysload, Geneos).
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Professional working proficiency in English or both French and English.

Responsibilities
