Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a Senior Hydrogeologist to join our Canada-wide team, with offices in Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Regina, Calgary, Edmonton, or Yellowknife.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Geoscience, Engineering, or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer/Geologist.
• Minimum 10 years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least four years of experience executing technical aspects of medium to complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development activities, including proposals, pre-qualifications, and client relationship building.
• Analyze current and emerging technical issues and address market, regulatory, and economic concerns.
• Develop conceptual hydrogeological models to support field program design.
• Design and oversee hydrogeology field programs including drilling, sampling, and aquifer testing.
• Provide technical expertise for reports, proposals, and client communications.
• Mentor and supervise intermediate and junior staff; ensure quality reviews of deliverables.
