Stantec is seeking a Senior Hydrogeologist to join our Environmental Services team in Ontario. The role involves leading multi-disciplinary hydrogeology projects, developing field programs, modeling groundwater flow, and delivering client-ready reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in consulting or regulatory environments.
• Professional registration or eligibility (P.Geo. or P.Eng.) is required.
• Strong technical report writing and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and lead multi-disciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel to field sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary hydrogeology projects with hydrologists, hydrogeologists, and geochemists; interact directly with clients.
• Develop and manage work plans, budgets, and project tasks; prepare proposals.
• Design and oversee hydrogeology field investigations, including intrusive investigations.
• Create conceptual hydrogeological models to support field design and interpretation.
• Prepare technical reports and client presentations; QA/QC of deliverables.
