Job summary

Bloomreach is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Go-to-Market organization in the Americas. The Principal HRBP will partner closely with GTM leaders and their leadership teams as a trusted advisor on all people-related topics—org design, performance and talent, capability building, culture and AI-enabled ways of working—as well as supporting people programs and initiatives.

You’ll move comfortably between strategy and execution: shaping the long-term people agenda for GTM

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in HR business partner roles supporting senior leaders in GTM or customer-facing orgs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM senior leaders to translate business strategy into people plans for the Americas GTM.
• Diagnose org health and propose data-driven interventions across GTM teams.
• Support org design, restructures and workforce planning aligned to GTM priorities.
• Coach leaders to build high-performing, AI-enabled GTM organizations.
