Job summary

Jobber is seeking a People Business Partner to support the People department by combining strategic advisory work with hands-on execution. You will work closely with senior leaders, shaping people plans, coaching managers, and guiding leaves and employee relations while aligning with business goals.

You will drive performance and compensation cycles end to end, ensure compliance with employment laws, and leverage AI to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Advising and influencing senior leaders and executives.
• End-to-end performance management and compensation cycles.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regional requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build scalable processes with automation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to shape people strategies.
• Coach first-time managers and leaders across performance, development, and structure.
• Manage leaves, accommodations, and return-to-work processes.
• Oversee employee relations cases with escalation when needed.
• Drive talent reviews, calibrations, and succession planning.
