Job summary

Pigment, the AI-powered business planning platform, is seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer for a 6-month contract with potential extension. You will build high-quality pipelines across our GTM organization and focus on engaging passive candidates.

You’ll partner with Senior Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to map talent, target top accounts, and provide market insights that refine our hiring strategies in North America.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Sourcing or Talent Acquisition within a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of the North America SaaS revenue ecosystem.
• Proven track record of engaging passive talent and headhunting.
• Experience using multiple sourcing channels beyond LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality talent pipelines across GTM and other functions.
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking and AI tools.
• Develop outreach strategies with strong first impressions of Pigment.
• Map talent and target competitor accounts; analyze compensation trends.
• Deliver market intelligence and hiring insights.
• Maintain long-term relationships with passive candidates and ensure great candidate experience.
