Job summary

Tailscale is seeking an experienced Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to scale our global GTM organization. This lead-level IC role partners with GTM leadership to drive end-to-end recruiting for Sales and commercial roles, shaping hiring strategies with market intelligence and data-driven insights.

You will own complex searches, build pipelines across international markets, and advise leaders on talent availability, timelines, and tradeoffs in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with GTM focus in high-growth SaaS/cloud/tech.
• Deep experience recruiting Sales across geographies and levels.
• Strong ability to partner with senior leaders as trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle GTM recruiting with emphasis on Sales from intake to offer.
• Develop strategies aligned with priorities, requirements and market conditions.
• Build pipelines across markets and geographies with Sourcers.
• Deliver a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Advise leaders on talent availability and market conditions.
