Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations in NA locations.
• Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
• Advise hiring managers on market conditions and set calibration bars; drive process improvements and recruiting metrics.
