Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Senior Growth Product Manager based in Canada to own the entire customer acquisition and conversion funnel from first interaction through renewal. The role focuses on optimizing onboarding, pricing, paywalls, and upsell opportunities to drive sustainable revenue growth and a strong customer lifecycle.

You will lead experimentation, analyze behavioral data, and collaborate with marketing, design, analytics, and engineering to deliver scalable product improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years in growth management or product management within consumer subscription businesses.
• Proven success owning end-to-end subscription funnels and driving revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of paid acquisition channels and creative testing.
• Extensive experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills enabling data-driven growth modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end acquisition and conversion funnel from exposure to renewal.
• Drive core metrics: conversion rates, incremental revenue, renewal performance.
• Define growth priorities and allocate team resources to high-impact opportunities.
• Lead high-velocity experimentation across the funnel including onboarding, pricing, paywalls, and upsells.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, analytics, and engineering to scale impactful improvements.
• Build and maintain analytics dashboards and reporting frameworks for optimization.
• Translate user research into improved product experiences and messaging.
• Apply UX and behavioral psychology to increase perceived value and reduce friction.
• Align teams around shared objectives with measurable outcomes.
• Stay informed on subscription trends and growth practices.
