The role combines strategic planning with active performance management, experimentation, cross-functional coordination, and clear accountability for priorities and results.

You will work with marketing, product, design, analytics, client-service, sales, technology, and senior leadership. Clear communication, reliable follow-through, and careful work are expected.

AI-assisted tools may be used for analysis, experiment planning, reporting, research, forecasting support, documentation, and performance summaries. All AI-assisted work must be reviewed for accuracy, relevance, confidentiality, and fit before it is shared or used.

Essential duties:
  • Set growth priorities across acquisition, conversion, retention, and customer-value opportunities.
  • Develop channel and experiment roadmaps tied to clear commercial objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Coordinate paid, owned, lifecycle, content, product, and conversion initiatives across teams.
  • Review performance data, diagnose material changes, and decide where to invest, test, or stop.
  • Build practical forecasts, targets, reporting views, and decision frameworks for growth activity.
  • Lead testing programs and ensure experiments have clear hypotheses, measures, and follow-up decisions.
  • Work with product and design teams on conversion, onboarding, activation, and retention opportunities.
  • Manage external partners, platforms, or specialist resources where required.
  • Communicate growth performance, risks, assumptions, and priorities clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Guide marketers or specialists working within growth programs and maintain consistent operating standards.
Essential requirements:
  • Substantial hands-on experience in growth, performance marketing, lifecycle, digital commerce, or related work.
  • Strong understanding of acquisition economics, conversion, retention, experimentation, and measurement.
  • Experience managing cross-functional growth programs and making decisions from incomplete data.
  • Ability to communicate commercial performance clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Holds a valid Dex Management Group Manager Certification (DEX-MGM) in the Marketing & Growth domain.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with e-commerce, subscription, SaaS, or digital-product growth.
