Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager for two Shopify DTC brands, based in Canada. You will own the experimentation strategy across funnels, landing pages, bundles, discounts, subscriptions, and post-purchase upsells, using data and AI to boost conversion rates and revenue per visitor.

The role is fully remote with close collaboration to the founder, offering significant ownership over CRO roadmap and growth across two expanding brands with substantial paid media budgets.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of CRO for Shopify DTC brands.
• Proven results from experiments improving conversion, AOV, or RPV.
• Experience building and testing paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages.
• Hands-on experience with Intelligems configuration, launch, QA.
• Familiarity with AfterSell or similar post-purchase upsell tools, Microsoft Clarity, and Shopify analytics.
• Experience briefing developers/designers and managing external CRO agencies.
• Strong experimentation skills: hypothesis, test sizing, significance, evaluation.
• Commercial understanding of bundles, discounts, subs, and upsells on margins.
• Fluent English communication in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Own CRO testing roadmap and backlog per brand.
• Design and optimize paid funnels and landing pages.
• Develop experiments across sites, offers, bundles, subscriptions, upsells.
• Write hypotheses, define sample sizes, set success criteria, evaluate results.
• Coordinate test implementation with developers/designers; perform QA.
• Launch tests, monitor performance, identify winners and apply changes.
• Monitor performance and address declines with rapid action.
• Manage external CRO agency and coordinate in-house transition.
• Track CRO metrics weekly: CR, revenue per visitor, AOV, active tests, win rate.
• Lead weekly CRO and Funnels meetings; share insights and priorities.
• Document learnings; improve testing processes and QA checklists.
• Leverage AI/automation to analyze feedback, sessions, surveys.
