Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including 4–5+ years in Growth Product.
• Proven ownership of complex onboarding funnels across multiple users/products.
• Strong experience with PLG, A/B testing, activation, and freemium-to-paid conversion.
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Statsig.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end PLG funnel from signup to paid conversion.
• Identify drop-offs and improve conversion via A/B testing and funnel experiments.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Growth Marketing to optimize onboarding across segments.

Hybrid: Tuesdays & Wednesdays in-office

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager, Growth to own the first 30 days of the customer journey, focusing on user onboarding, activation, retention, and freemium-to-paid conversion.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end PLG funnel, from signup and onboarding to activation and paid conversion.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including 4–5+ years focused on Growth Product.
• Proven ownership of complex, multi-user or multi-product onboarding funnels.
• Strong experience with PLG, A/B testing, activation, and freemium-to-paid conversion.
• Hands-on experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, Statsig, or similar analytics tools.
• Startup experience and a track record of driving measurable growth.
• Ability to work onsite Tuesdays and Wednesdays in SF or Toronto.
