Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Product Lead based in Canada to shape product strategy for a fast-paced iGaming platform. You will oversee roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and drive measurable business value while mentoring Product Managers.

In this fully remote role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage data analytics, A/B testing, and market insights to deliver impactful product experiences and sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Product Lead/Group PM role in iGaming.
• Strong leadership, mentoring Product Managers and building teams.
• Expertise in product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and end-to-end execution.
• Strong analytics, metrics, A/B testing, and hypothesis validation.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and aligning stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business goals and market insights into clear strategies.
• Strategic mindset with execution, judgment, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and proactive, results-oriented leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies aligned with objectives and growth.
• Lead and mentor Product Managers to foster ownership and collaboration.
• Oversee roadmap planning, prioritization, and multi-initiative execution.
