Your Role

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining systems and services that form the foundation of Alpaca and empower millions of users who trade billions of dollars worth of assets.

Things You Get To Do

  • Work across domains to build features end to end, gaining exposure to the full spectrum of Alpaca’s infrastructure.
  • Stay deeply connected to the needs of internal operations teams, building tools that streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
  • Drive architectural design conversations, helping shape scalable, intuitive, and reliable systems.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Play a key role in improving our response times and helping internal teams provide world-class customer support.
  • Work directly with stakeholders, maintain relationships, and implement solutions that have a direct impact on Alpaca operations.
  • Take ownership of high-visibility, high-impact initiatives with autonomy and accountability.
