Responsibilities
  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting process
  • Consolidate financials across multiple entities with accuracy and consistency
  • Analyze claims and income to identify performance trends and key drivers
  • Support budgeting, investment reporting, and tax audits
  • Coordinate annual insurance renewals with internal and external stakeholders
  • Champion process improvements and system enhancements
  • Ensure strong financial controls and reconciliations across reporting systems
About You
  • CPA designation with experience in Health or Life Insurance (asset)
  • Advanced Excel skills, especially for handling large data volumes
  • Experience working with regulatory capital or insurance-related reporting (asset)
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of deliverables
  • Driven by critical thinking and continuous improvement
