Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a technical field with facilities focus.
• Minimum 5-7 years of facilities management across multiple sites.
• Proven budget management experience and cost control skills.
• Experience with CMMS and work order tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations across multiple sites and lead technicians.
• Develop and monitor capital and expense budgets with client input.
• Manage work orders, priorities, and timely completion with clear communication.
• Conduct quarterly site inspections and initiate remediation via work orders.
• Review vendor performance and coordinate with clients to resolve issues.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and regulatory standards are met or exceeded.
• Approve timecards and procurement charges per procedures in CMMS.
• Collaborate with EH&S and account teams on risk mitigation.
• Guide procurement strategies and ensure alignment with client objectives.
