Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of supervisory facilities management experience, solid technical knowledge, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall vision for the facilities team with the Account Manager.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and client requirements met.
• Oversee operations to protect and improve site value.
• Manage third-party contractors and inspect properties for quality.
• Monitor preventive maintenance programs and drive improvements.
• Prepare operating and capital budgets and forecasts.
