Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Senior Facilities Manager to lead a high-performing team across Canada’s offices, including a flagship Toronto site. You will drive operations, vendor management, and financial stewardship for 300,000+ sq ft of premium workspace.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in facilities management, strong leadership, and knowledge of building operations, safety standards, and CMMS/IWMS platforms. Travel up to 25% across the country is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of facilities management experience across multiple sites or regional portfolio.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of commercial building operations and facilities best practices.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and service contracts.
• Familiarity with workplace health and safety regulations in Ontario and Quebec is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and facilities management systems (CMMS/IWMS).
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across Canada’s office locations.
• Maintain sites to high operational, safety, and appearance standards.
• Manage preventive maintenance and coordinate corrective maintenance.“
• Support office moves, expansions, renovations, and workplace projects as required.
• Monitor building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and security systems.
• Lead vendor selection, contract negotiations, service level management, and performance reviews.
