Job summary

JLL is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager on-site in Toronto to lead end-to-end facilities management for a major corporate account. You will drive operations, safety, sustainability, and cost optimization while building strong relationships with executive stakeholders and delivering exceptional workplace experiences.

You will manage CAFM processes, vendor performance, and energy programs, supporting on-site teams and digital transformation initiatives in a dynamic Work Dynamics environment.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in corporate real estate services management.
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Strong financial acumen with budget and P&L oversight.
• HSSE knowledge and track record of regulatory compliance.
• Proven vendor management and SLA accountability.
• Excellent relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with CAFM systems and energy management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated facilities management services for the Omnicom portfolio.
• Oversee HSSE compliance, training, incident reporting and on-site safety culture.
• Manage vendor performance, contracts, invoices, and AP KPIs.
• Drive sustainability, energy management, waste reduction, and green building programs.
• Support P&L management and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Foster staffing, resource allocation and professional development.
• Coordinate emergency response and business continuity planning.
