A leading infrastructure development firm is seeking a Senior Director for Development in Montreal. This executive role involves managing the complete development lifecycle for large-scale data center projects. The successful candidate will guide regulatory processes, establish partnerships, and lead teams to ensure project targets are met. Ideally, you will bring over 10 years of specialized experience in mission critical development and a strong educational background in a technical or business field. Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in heavy mission critical or data center development.
• 5+ years in a senior capacity managing multifaceted portfolios.
• Practical understanding of critical facility power, HVAC, and site-specific zoning laws.

Responsabilités

• Orchestrate regional expansion strategies, financial planning, and delivery schedules.
• Direct the navigation of multi-level regulatory landscapes and land-use approvals.
• Cultivate high-level alliances with local government officials and utility providers.
• Provide owner’s representation for technical design, engineering, and build phases.
• Design procurement frameworks for critical power, thermal management, and civil works.
• Lead a team of delivery managers to hit performance targets and budget milestones.
