St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton is seeking a fundraising leader to drive major gifts strategy and donor stewardship at the Foundation Development Leadership level.

You will work with senior executives to move prospects through the donor cycle and craft materials for high-level donor engagement. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration across departments, and the preparation of strategic briefs for senior leadership and volunteers.

Formación

• Progressive experience in major gift fundraising and donor-centric programs.
• Experience supporting executives or senior leaders is an asset.
• Strong written, research, communications, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with senior leadership to develop fundraising strategies for principal gifts ($1M+).
• Support donor pipeline development with data-driven reports and analytics.
• Draft high-level correspondence and fundraising materials for prospects, donors, and community leaders.
• Maintain donor database with reports, notes and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with Communications, Events, Marketing and Annual Fund to maximize major gift opportunities.
