Job summary

Simplii Financial, a CIBC subsidiary, is seeking a Senior Consultant, Digital Analytics to lead analytics governance and strategy across online and mobile platforms. You will define KPIs, drive insights, and collaborate with Marketing, Strategy, and Technology to optimize the customer digital experience.

You will manage Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform implementations, translate data into actionable business recommendations, and stay ahead of best practices in digital analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Experience implementing digital analytics solutions at scale.
• Strong knowledge of analytics governance and measurement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: develop and refine digital marketing and business strategies using data insights.
• Insights and Reporting: create detailed reports for senior leadership using standardized templates.
• Tool Management: oversee analytics tools and platforms (Adobe Analytics and Experience Platform).
• Cross-Functional Leadership: collaborate with Sales, Strategy, Technology for initiatives across online channels.
• Data and Insight Translation: translate objectives into KPI frameworks and actionable insights.
• Compliance and Data Governance: ensure privacy laws and policies are followed (GDPR, ITP 2.0).
• Relationship Building: build trust with stakeholders and guide tracking requirements.
