Job summary

Communications & Power Industries is seeking a Lead Customer Order Coordinator to join the Program Management Office in Canada. The role oversees the post-order lifecycle for equipment, spares, and service orders, providing day-to-day guidance to the Order Management team and ensuring timely execution.

The successful candidate will supervise Coordinators, manage complex orders, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and maintain accurate data and schedules using MS Project.

Qualifications

• Lead and mentor Customer Order Coordinators on systems, procedures, and requirements.
• Own order execution for complex, high-priority orders across product lines.
• Coordinate work assignments and coverage with management to meet deadlines.
• Train and guide team on order-management processes and standard work.
• Maintain accurate order data and ensure clear cross-department communication.

Responsibilities

• Own order execution for complex, high-priority orders including service and spares.
• Ensure ERP order entry aligns with quotations, contracts, and purchase orders.
• Manage revisions and changes through the order lifecycle.
• Support returns, repairs, RMAs, and spares coordination by assigned customer.
• Develop and maintain schedules in Microsoft Project with milestones and dependencies.
• Provide status reports to Program Managers, Sales, and customers.
• Communicate orders status and delivery dates with customers and Sales.
