Job summary

PERI GmbH Formwork Scaffolding Engineering in Canada is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee end-to-end order-to-cash processes. You will coordinate across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain, ensuring timely order entry, billing, and ongoing order management.

You’ll manage material availability, invoicing support, and cross-department communication to resolve issues and keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• PMP certification, or progress toward obtaining the designation, is considered an asset.
• Experience in project coordination, order management, customer service, operations, or a similar role.
• Experience managing complex orders, contracts, rentals, or large-scale projects is an asset.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, inventory management, and billing requirements.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting tools.
• Experience working in a cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a central point of coordination for assigned projects, facilitating project kick-off and regular stakeholder meetings.
• Coordinate activities across departments and monitor timelines, deliverables and actions.
• Communicate project updates and solutions to maintain customer relationships.
• Process customer orders by entering contract and material lists into the ERP system.
• Generate customer billing by preparing control prints and invoicing packages.
• Maintain documentation for OTC processes including contracts, invoices, and shipping records.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve back orders and material shortages.
