Job summary

Siemens Canada is seeking an Order Management Analyst to optimize end-to-end order fulfillment and supply chain performance. You will drive CRD adherence, coordinate with multiple functions, and lead KPI-driven process improvements across MF-O SCM.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years in order management or related fields, with SAP experience and a PMP asset. Hybrid Canada-wide work location in Vaughan area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and material planning.
• Experience with SAP and system enhancements is preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize order fulfillment processes for efficient operations.
• Oversee finished goods and sub-assemblies inventory strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability.
• Ensure CRD adherence with high accuracy in customer orders.
• Develop, monitor, and report KPIs to identify improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in process efficiency.
