Job summary

Master Power is seeking an Order Fulfillment & Operations Coordinator based in Richmond Hill, ON. This full-time, on-site role focuses on coordinating order fulfillment, shipment processing, and inventory updates, ensuring accurate documentation from order confirmation through dispatch.

You will support logistics, sales, customer support, and other operations, requiring keen attention to detail, quick learning of Master Power's systems, and the ability to adapt in a busy environment.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to learn new processes, technologies, and software quickly.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity software.
Experience with inventory management systems, CRM platforms, ERP systems, shipping software, or similar business applications is an asset but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication and professional phone etiquette.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines simultaneously.
Self-motivated, independent, with ownership and accountability.
Willingness to support different departments and learn Master Power's systems.
Post-secondary education in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field is an asset.

Responsibilities

Coordinate order fulfillment and shipment processing to ensure accurate, on-time dispatch.
Update inventory records and maintain proper documentation for outgoing orders.
Support logistics, sales, customer support, and other operations as needed.
Review orders and product details, and learn new processes and software quickly.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers as required.
