Job summary

Master Power is seeking an Order Fulfillment & Operations Coordinator based in Richmond Hill, ON. This full-time, on-site role focuses on coordinating order fulfillment, shipment processing, and inventory updates, ensuring accurate documentation from order confirmation through dispatch.

Qualifications

Role Description

The Order Fulfillment & Operations Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position based in Richmond Hill, ON. This is an entry-level role primarily responsible for coordinating order fulfillment, shipment processing, inventory updates, and the documentation associated with outgoing orders.

The position plays an important role in ensuring that customer orders and parts shipments are processed accurately, documented correctly, and coordinated efficiently from order confirmation through dispatch.

This is a diverse operational position that requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. Although order fulfillment will be the primary responsibility, the position will also provide support to logistics, sales, customer support, and other operational departments as required.
