Job Description

Infosys is seeking Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Functional Consultant with Implementation and Application Support experience. The primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and successfully implement Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR modules in Agile mode. This role involves leading discussions on the design and development of components such as data migration, integrations, and reports for Core HR areas.

Required Qualifications

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Ontario or willing to relocate. Travel may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the specialty can substitute each year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

Skills Required

• 8+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
• 2+ years of experience with at least two additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Absence.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Core HR for multiple countries.
• Knowledge of Agile practices and experience implementing projects in Agile mode.
• Experience in a global delivery environment.
• Knowledge of full SDLC lifecycle.
• Experience with Lean/Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Proficiency in all Core HR processes.
• Ability to lead discussions with customer teams on integrations, data migrations, and reports related to Core HR.
• Knowledge of HCM technical tools including HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical solutions to diverse teams.
• Experience managing teams of 5+ members is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

The role may involve sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Candidates should communicate effectively via telephone, email, and face-to-face.

Estimated annual compensation for candidates in Ontario ranges from $89,004 to $103,042.
