Job Description

Infosys is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant with Implementation and Application Support experience. The primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and ensure successful implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll modules in Agile mode. This includes leading discussions on design and development of components such as data migration, integrations, and reports for Payroll areas.

Required Qualifications

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Waterloo, Ontario, or be willing to relocate. Travel may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Equivalent experience (three years of progressive experience) may substitute for education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Authorization to work in Canada without employer-sponsored visa is preferred. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
• 2+ years working on additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Time and Labor.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Payroll for Canada.
• Knowledge of Agile practices and project implementation in Agile mode.
• Experience working in a global delivery environment.
• Full SDLC lifecycle knowledge and experience.
• Experience with Lean/Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Payroll processes and ability to lead discussions on integrations, data migrations, and reports related to Payroll.
• Knowledge of HCM technical tools like HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, and Payroll Batch loader.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Managing a team of 5+ is a plus.

This role may involve extensive travel and working at a computer for extended periods. Effective communication via telephone, email, and face-to-face is essential.

Estimated annual compensation for candidates in Ontario ranges from $89,004 to $103,042.
