We are currently seeking a Oracle Fusion Payroll Consultant - Remote to join our team in Ottawa, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

NTT DATA is currently looking for an Oracle Fusion Payroll Consultant to:

• Support Oracle Fusion Payroll for United States
• Can recommend and make decisions materially impacting the success of project outcomes
• Leads the design and development of at least one asset, accelerator, offering and differentiator in the HCM space.

Qualifications:

• 8 - 10 years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion HCM, at least 5 years implementing or supporting Payroll
• Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows
• Expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Fusion Payroll for United States
• Participated in at least 1or more full lifecycle implementation projects of Oracle Fusion HCM
• Able to present solutions to clients and prospects and address any queries
• Able to leverage Oracle Support tools and work with Oracle Support efficiently
• Able to leverage Oracle User Community resources
