Job Description

Infosys is seeking a Finance and Revenue Cloud Consultant to refine and guide the Revenue Management and Finance team. The role involves partnering with customers to ensure value delivery, with extensive experience in Oracle Cloud RMCS and Oracle Cloud Finance. The consultant will interface with key stakeholders, applying domain, technical, and functional proficiency, including requirements elicitation, design, build, and deployment of solutions for Oracle Cloud RMCS applications. Ensuring business requirements are met, supporting team commitments, and maintaining optimal performance are key responsibilities. Communication and collaboration are essential.

Basic Qualifications

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Ontario or Calgary or willing to relocate. Travel may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the field can substitute for each year of education.
• At least 4 years of IT experience.
• Candidates authorized to work in Canada without employer-sponsored visas are welcome; no immigration sponsorship is available for this role.

Skills Required

• 6+ years experience in Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) and Oracle Cloud Finance.
• 12+ years relevant experience in implementation/support of Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, PO).
• Knowledge of customizations, BIP reports, OIC integration, HCM, and EPM is a plus.
• Familiarity with AIM documents like BP80, RD20, RD50, MD50, MD70, CV10, BR100, etc.
• Experience in fit-gap analysis and documenting setup steps for financials, RMCS, and project modules.
• Understanding of conversion strategies, ADI, Web ADI, discoverer, and GL reporting tools.
• Ability to translate business outcomes into functional design solutions.
• Research, prototype, and test new/enhanced functionalities.
• Configure Oracle RMCS and Finance for enhancements and change requests.
• Lead testing activities in partnership with stakeholders.
• Develop and support change management and training plans.
• Maintain solution design, testing results, and related documentation.
• Manage dependencies and shifting priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
• Strong critical thinking and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in distributed teams and develop multi-level relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and ability to communicate complex technical details clearly.
• Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in manipulating large data sets in Excel; good understanding of RMCS and financial processes.
• Experience supporting RMCS systems, working with global teams.
• Experience in professional services, financial services, or consulting is a plus.

The role may involve travel to client sites and extended periods working at a computer. Effective communication via phone, email, and face-to-face is required.

Estimated annual compensation for Ontario: $89,004 to $103,042.
