Senior Consultant - Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Functional Consultant

Job Description

Infosys is seeking Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Functional Consultant with Implementation and Application Support experience. The primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and successfully implement Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR modules in Agile mode. This role involves leading discussions on design and development of components such as Data migration, integrations, and reports for Core HR areas.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Ontario or be willing to relocate. Travel may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship; no immigration sponsorship available from Infosys at this time.

Skills required

• 8+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR
• 2+ years working on at least two additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Absence
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Core HR for multiple countries
• Knowledge of Agile practices and project implementation in Agile mode
• Experience in a global delivery environment
• Full SDLC lifecycle knowledge and experience
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience with implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules
• Proficiency in Core HR processes
• Ability to lead discussions on integrations, data migrations, and reports related to Core HR
• Knowledge of HCM technical tools like HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical solutions
• Experience managing teams of 5+ members is a plus
• Willingness to travel extensively

Additional Information

The role may require sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Effective communication skills via telephone, email, and face-to-face are essential. Estimated annual compensation in Ontario ranges from $89,004 to $103,042.
