Job Description

Infosys is seeking Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Oracle Time and Labor, and Absence Functional Consultant with Implementation and Application Support experience. The primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and successfully implement Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, OTL, and Absence modules in Agile mode. This role involves leading discussions on design and development of components such as Data migration, integrations, and reports for Payroll, OTL, and Absence.

Required Qualifications

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Waterloo, Ontario, or willing to relocate. Travel may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty can substitute for each year of education.
• At least 8 years of Information Technology experience.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship; no immigration sponsorship available for this role.

Skills

• 4+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – Payroll, OTL, and Absence modules.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Global HR Cloud for US.
• Knowledge of Agile practices and project implementation in Agile mode.
• Experience in a Global delivery environment.
• Full SDLC lifecycle knowledge and experience.
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Proficiency in Payroll, OTL, and Absence processes.
• Ability to lead discussions on integrations, data migrations, and reports related to Payroll, OTL, Absence, and other modules.
• Knowledge of HCM technical tools including HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical solutions to diverse teams.
• Experience managing teams of 5+ members is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The role may involve sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Candidates should communicate effectively via telephone, email, and face-to-face.

Estimated annual compensation for candidates in Ontario ranges from $89,004 to $103,042.
