Job summary

JobsMedia.io is recruiting a Senior Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager for a well-established brokerage in the North York area, ON.

You will manage a commercial programs book, service client documentation, bind coverages, and provide timely responses. You will review exposures and work with Producers to tailor coverage to client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years+ of commercial insurance experience.
• RIBO license required; CIP or CAIB is preferred and company will support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency in EPIC.

• Process account documentation, review applications, bind coverages, and respond same-day.
• Review client coverage and exposures, determine product requirements, and collaborate with Producers.

• Program Management: Manage a commercial programs book of business, maintaining relationships with multiple associations and their unique insurance needs
• Client Service: Process account documentation, review applications, bind coverages, and provide same-day response time to clients.
• Risk Analysis: Review client's current coverage and exposures, analyze risk to determine product requirements, and work collaboratively with Producers.

Desired Skills

• Minimum 3 years+ of commercial insurance experience required.
• RIBO license required, working towards CIP or CAIB (Company will support)
• Strong organizational and communication skills with proficiency in EPIC.
