Job summary

Hello World Recruitment in Toronto is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to oversee a growing book of personal lines business for a broker. You will respond to client inquiries, review renewals, quote policies, and help expand the portfolio while maintaining strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of personal insurance experience, a valid RIBO license, and familiarity with Powerbroker and common insurance portals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of personal insurance account management experience.
• RIBO license required.
• Powerbroker experience is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of insurance carriers and portals.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Client Service & Support: Respond quickly and professionally to telephone, email, and fax inquiries while ensuring the highest level of service.
• Account Management: Review renewals, provide quotes, and remarket policies as necessary to keep the portfolio competitive.
• Cross-Selling & Up-Selling: Identify and act on opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products to maximize account growth.
• Claims & Endorsements: Handle endorsements, renewals, and claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is processed through EPIC and company portals.
