Job summary

Impact Recruitment seeks an Associate Commercial Account Manager in Toronto to develop and maintain client relationships within a growing commercial insurance portfolio. The role supports senior brokers, prepares certificates, and coordinates multi-jurisdictional placements.

Expected to hold a RIBO license with 2–3 years’ experience, proficient in MS Office and Applied EPIC, and capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• RIBO license is required or in progress.
• CAIB designation is a bonus but not mandatory.
• Strong MS Office and insurance systems experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships.

Our client is a trusted brokerage with a longstanding and decorated history in Downtown Toronto. They are growing and are looking for a sharp, skilled, and organized Associate Commercial Account Manager to join their team

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships
• Assist in managinga diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client needs are met efficiently
• Prepare and review documentation such as certificates of insurance and statements of values
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate multi-jurisdictional and multinational placements
• Stay updated with industry trends
• Support senior team members with presentations, meetings, and client reports

Qualifications

• RIBO License (CAIB designation is bonus)
• At least 2-3 years' experience in commercial insurance servicing
• Strong technical skills with MS Office (Excel spreadsheets), Applied EPIC, Insurance products, and invoicing
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment
