Job summary

COFOMO, a leading Canadian consulting firm, seeks a Change Management Consultant in Montreal to guide transformation initiatives across multiple industries. You will advise on planning, communications, and adoption metrics while supporting project managers in dynamic contexts.

You will develop materials and plans that promote ownership of changes, align with agile practices, and leverage Prosci where applicable. Hybrid work and strong development opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• Analytical and communicative ability to explain technical elements clearly.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Experience in developing accompanying materials and change communications.
• Experience working on projects affecting business processes and human resources; Prosci knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise project managers and support planning and implementation of communication activities.
• Analyze stakeholders, concerns, impacts, risks, and adaptability to changes.
• Develop change management plans with emphasis on communication strategies and mechanisms.
• Develop communication and support materials to promote understanding and ownership of changes.
• Define metrics to track adoption and use of new solutions.
• Ensure change activities align with organizational guidance and tools.
