Job summary

COFOMO, a leading Canadian consulting firm, seeks a Change Management Consultant in Montreal to guide transformation initiatives across multiple industries. You will advise on planning, communications, and adoption metrics while supporting project managers in dynamic contexts.

You will develop materials and plans that promote ownership of changes, align with agile practices, and leverage Prosci where applicable. Hybrid work and strong development opportunities abound.

Qualifications
