Job summary

COFOMO in Montreal seeks an Expert Project Management Advisor to guide governance, program and portfolio leadership across digital and AI initiatives. The role emphasizes aligning strategy with capabilities, investments, and outcomes, while supporting data-driven decision making for complex transformations.

Working primarily in French with functional English for daily tasks, you will advise senior management, structure governance, and manage risks and dependencies to maximize business value.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, portfolio management, and digital transformation with executive coaching.
• Proven ability to present strategic recommendations to senior management or a governance body.
• Experience prioritizing investments, managing risks and dependencies, and tracking value realization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment between strategy, capabilities, investments, and digital initiatives.
• Advise executives on prioritization of technology investments.
• Structure and evolve governance for projects, programs, and portfolios.
• Provide integrated view of portfolio performance, risks, and dependencies.
