Job summary

COFOMO Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Management Advisor in Quebec City, working hybrid. You will advise on IT solutions, ensure system performance aligns with business needs, and drive process optimization across projects.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in IT or business administration, 8+ years IT experience (5+ in business management), BPMN project mandates, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in IT, business administration or related discipline.
• 8+ years in information technology, including 5+ years in business management.
• Experience delivering a project with a minimum of 10,000 person-days in the last five years.
• Participation in at least two mandates of at least 1 year each involving BPMN.
• Participation in at least two mandates requiring coordination with at least three projects.
• At least 1 year managing solutions in an environment using Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform.

• Collect, analyze and document improvement needs; coordinate change requests and support implementation of solutions.
