Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current license in good standing.
• Experience leading clinical teams in long-term care is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with EHR systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned clinical programs and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the Director of Care and care team to deliver resident-centered care.
• Oversee quality improvement initiatives and resident safety measures.
