HeadHunting Inc. in Toronto and Ottawa is seeking a Director/Manager of Care to lead the health and wellness team, ensuring regulatory and provincial standards are met while delivering high-quality resident care.

You will drive programs and supervise staff on the floor, implementing care plans and supporting residents. The role requires active RN/RPN registration with the CNO and 3–5 years in a management role within seniors housing, retirement or healthcare.

Formación

• Proven leadership and people management experience in seniors housing, retirement or healthcare.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision-making abilities in resident care.
• Excellent communication with residents, families, staff and community partners.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic planning, development, implementation and evaluation of care programs.
• Provide direct care and med administration to residents.
• Complete care assessments for new residents and align goals with organizational values.
